On support gem vision

Lots of good stuff lately, world class environment artistry, constant improvements to crafting mats. But hey, this was advertised as a balance and scaling patch, so let's get to this.

Given the lack of class and skill diversity, their actions point out that the focus in the last few months was on reworking and tweaking skill / support gems.

The solution that they pose is to scale support gems and reimagine the late game viability of such skill gems. You now have 6 levels of the same gem. They have the same name, but different mechanics at high levels. This will be super counter intuitive.

This bloat will get out of hand very fast. Fast forward a few years, the gem list is multiplied by X levels. They talk like hand curating recommendation tables is the fix. Those will get outdated in a few patches at most, just like they are now. Then they imply the infamous 'we can curate the list with AI or logic', this claim is in the delusional software project manager realm.

If they treated this like the emergency, test fix that it is, okay. However, this is the main drive of the patch, the cool stuff got behind schedule so we could get an undercooked bandaid that will have to be reworked again.

I don't think they'll even buff the Gem stash tab capacity, which was pretty disappointing to begin with. (Or do anything about the Maps tab not also having sections for Tablets.)
Don't get lost by being so focused on the target that you forget to enjoy your surroundings.
