Are the new merchant tabs always public?
Will converting a premium tab to merchant tab force that tab to be made public? Because right now with current system we can turn it on and off. It makes sense to make them all merchant because of new system but if I can't turn them off to use as normal stash tabs, I'm not sure I'd want to convert them all.

I don't see why they couldn't have the same switch. Just take the whole tab off market with one click like with premium stash. Also if you won't set the price, then no one can buy it. Either way you can use it as storage. But I guess we will have to wait and see how they make it. unless you expect the merchant tab no longer appearing in your stash and will only be accessible thru the NPC. Hmm I am expecting to still access it thru stash, cos why not?

That is what i'm hoping and expecting, but hoping and expecing things usually disappoint, and then like month later they'll change things. Watching the video more closely, we can have multiple tabs and it shows the coin icon on the tab so I hope ur right

Why couldn't it just stay in your Stash and just get greyed out or something to indicate it's in the Market? Or even being able to list/price whole tabs in the Market. Then they could just have the Market autopopulate and order items based on price and they wouldn't have to worry about what people label their market tabs. (I don't want to lose market tab labeling tbh.) You especially wouldn't have to manage that item inventory through an NPC rather than through your Stash, that way. They can still have your Market manageable through the NPC that way you can see your listed wares sorted by price and such as well as claiming your currency from sold listings.
Plus I imagine Market tabs being separate from Stash would kinda make them annoying if you ever decide to play SSF. Don't get lost by being so focused on the target that you forget to enjoy your surroundings.
