[BUG] Beacon of Salvation hideout boats not useable with controller.

Hi there, I'm reporting a bug with the "Beacon of Salvation Hideout" that is included with the "Liberator of Wraeclast" supporter pack. Once you have gotten on a boat in the hideout using a controller, you cannot leave the boat.

This is very easy to reproduce:

1. Enter the Beacon of Salvation hideout using a controller
2. Get on the boat by pressing the "A" button (Xbox control scheme) near the boat mooring point.
3. Move the boat, then attempt to leave the boat at any of the mooring points on the other islands or the main mooring point you just used.

Expected outcome: You can leave the boat on any mooring point by being close and pressing the interact button.

Actual result: The mooring point does not have a reliable button prompt to let the user disembark the boat.
