After end of league the Forge is inacessible.

After league ended, looking up information on web I figured I had to redo quest for tools, since I had no access to salvage bench and forge (which is stupid thing, it shouldn't be that way in first place).

After I did that quest from Renly, I gained access only to Salvage Bench (in hideout and in camps).
But the Forge IS NOT ACCESSIBLE at all.
