Cannot launch Path of Exile 2

I downloaded PoE 2 on steam (it worked previously) and now i tried to delete the poe2_production_config.ini file to restore settings to default but i keep getting Crash to Desktop when trying to launch the game...

PS. I removed adapter name because i yoinked config file from friend and he uses different graphics card than me

edit: to clarify the whole ordeal spawned from the inability to remove taskbar when trying to window fullscreen mode ( and changing any config settings caused a CTD as well )

Hi, an upload of your most recent client.txt file would be ideal as a primary step in troubleshooting this problem.

This file contains some information about your game/PC configuration which may help put us in the right direction why you're having issues.

You can locate this file inside a folder named "Logs" which is located inside your main pathofexile.exe installation folder.

You can host this information inside this client.txt file (recent one) to another site like pastebin.com. You do not need to create an account to use this site.

If the most recent client.txt file is too large you can split the main upload into 2 separate files to pastebin.com and link each page URL back here if necessary.

ah okay cool thanks, for the sake of brevity would it be ideal if i empty the logfiles and try to run the game one more time to get a proper snippet of start / end of lifecycle for the process so its easier to figure out what went wrong?

i took a backup of the logfiles and emptied the files themselves, then ran a new instance of poe2 before another CTD and this is the file

Added context: i have deleted the poe2 folder under mygames, uninstalled and redownloaded the game to see if it was some sussy baka caching issues. after it redownloaded ( i also cleaned shader caches and all settings files I could google myself to ) i ran it again and it won't create a proper config files with the settings allocated by default so I assumed at first it was a startup issue with the game itself, but sadly redownloading the game on a fresh install with no previous configs did nothing to deter the issue.

I can only guess one of 2 things at this point since the Client.txt file is showing your 7900xtx is connected to Display 1 and 2.

Either an overlay of some sorts is causing an issue
(steam, discord, afterburner..)

Or, Windows for some reason isn't respecting the game's config file and overriding your selection of the proper GPU. (Windows attempting to launch from your CPU's internal graphics)
