Xbox freezes

Any time I pull up the Xbox guide button or the keyboard in the game on both path of exile 1 and 2 my Xbox completely freezes and force quits the game or shuts my Xbox off. This only happens on Poe and none of my other games. I’ve factory reset my Xbox, deleted my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared my persistent storage and everything else I can think of. I reached out to Xbox and they said it was on your end. I’m on the Xbox series X.
