cannot enter clearfell on monk but ranger can

Just tested and neither exiting to char screen nor restarting the game fixes it. Just stuck in the rain. Help :-)

Ok a new character, same class but no minions on sceptre, had no issues.
See bug report of course but the barrier animation did play so it must have been something unique to the state like quitting once or having skeleton minions or something more subtle. |
