Temple of Chaos Tornado Bird boss is invisible

In the temple of chaos boss fight against the bird that summons the tornados, he goes invisible when summoning the first tornado (intended). After the phase ends, he remains invisible and continues attacking the player with his other attacks (un-intended?)
