Firestorm cannot ignite

New firestorm cannot ignite despite no longer consuming ignite to empower. There is no mention that it cannot ignite in the gem description, I assume this is a hangover from 0.20 as it still is tagged as cannot ignite if you inspect it in the gem menu.

Bumping this. Kinda sucks when you're trying to cook a build just to realize at lvl 41 it's bugged...

since its not a payoff skill and gets no bonuses (that are listed) from ignited enemies it really should be able to ignite.
