Option to remove on screen damage / low life indicator

Am I just blind or is there still no option to disable the ugly red flashing jpeg effect whenever you take damage or hit low life?

Please, add an option to disable it. I have a health bar I can look at. I dont need my entire screen to be covered

100% agree. It is annoying to play a low life build at the moment.
