Currency exchange

I have 8 old orders from previous leagues hanging in the currency exchange, can I somehow cancel them? Without leveling up the character on the old HC league before opening the currency exchange

Same problem, cant access currency exchange in standard either unless im missing something?

I am having the same issue. I tried accessing the exchange on my old characters, but because they hadn't made it to Act 4, I coulnd't determine how to access the exchange. I deleted all my old characters to see if that fixed it and it didn't. If the solution is to reroll a standard character and rush to act 4 to talk to Ange, that's incredibly annoying.
