build diversity and ring bottleneck

Gonna talk pretty fast because I`d rather be farming...


when at least I talk about build diversity it's just that with more build options we SHOULD be away from the only choice of ring is 3 dmg on attacks + 3 resistance...

and thats some talk about on 0.2 that wasnt adressed on 0.3

With hope, 0.4 we can be happy with some ring drops that are not dmg/res, atm it's kind of junk all others
