Lady Elswyth dancing alone in her room

Hi.

I got stuck on this First Interlude / Holten boss fight, because Lady Elswyth wouldn't leave her room. She somehow spawned near the checkpoint at the beginning when entering the map. Now she is dancing there alone and I am all alone outside after killing her companion. The doors are locked and she is unable to come out.

Can someone help her leave her room?

I restarted to checkpoint and now Elswyth spawned outside.
However now Thane is missing from his piano performance.

After defeating Elswyth solo, I get no completion and stuck again.

I will try restarting the map, but let this report be left here for reference.
