Omen of Putrefaction + Ancient Jawbone (minimum mod level 40)

Using Omen of Putrefaction with Ancient Jawbone (should roll mods with minimum 40 lvl) does not result in >40 lvl mods. My first roll on a weapon was physical damage 1-4 which is ilvl 1

Can confirm this bug still exists, three times I've tried with Ancient Jawbone/Rib, one time it worked as intended, the other two just gave any random junk mods such as t8 life or whatever.

Bug still exists, used Ancient Jawbone with Omen of the Liege on multiple wands, not only does it show mods <iLvl40, spell damage + minion also does not show up and instead spell damage + maximum mana shows up most of the time.

Still a bug as 3.1, my first jawbone down the drain :(
hope they fix for 0.4 Omen of Putrefaction with Ancient Jawbone gave me 3-5 phs dmg on a item lvl 82 ironwood hammer 3 rune slots... |
