trade offers from patch 0.2 are appearing in 0.3

i deleted my previous chars and i still see trade offers from my old accounts. in NPC ANGE. how i can delete it ?

how long i need to wait till it will be fixed? it makes me almost unplable to make and exchanges where there a milions of currency
