Trarthan Executioner Map Device

I got the Merciless Trarthan Executioner pack but the cosmetic Map Device does not allow me to interact with it and if I try to leave a map with it in use, I will be stuck in the center of it unable to move.

I got the same issue, can't interact with it. At this price, they should resolve this issue fast or atleast, give an answer. But no answer...
