Game crash when trying to enter the Adur Caravan

I created a character, reached the second act of the company, and I can't enter the Ardur Caravan location because the game crashes to the desktop.
There are no logs or error messages.
Other locations work fine, and I've tried lowering the settings, disabling DLSS graphics technologies, and so on. Checking the Steam files and reinstalling the game didn't help either.
