PS5 error crash at POE2 server login (when you first see your character list)

I am not able to log into any of my characters. Please help!
The game crash started after equipping a shield onto my warrior (shieldgeneral). I have no ability to delete this character, so I attempted to rename it, however the issue persists. I also tried deleting my account, but obviously, I could not log in. So, I had to abort the account delete process. If someone would just remove my characters so I can maybe login, that would be helpful. I just want to play. i opened a ticket in the bug queue and it has been ignored for well over 24 hours.
