Endless unexpected disconnections

It has to be said that the amount of unexpected disconnections when trying to go to a new area, back to town/ship or even just loading the game up is becoming very tedious. Hit 3k disconnections since Friday. Do I get a trophy, an uber mysterious chest or a super secret mtx for this 3k feat? Also when you gonna fix it?

Update: cannot load into game at all. Tried standard and making a new character and still the same. Unexpected disconnection after loading screen. Deleted cache, restarted game, restarted console, redownloaded and still the same. Game is bricked
