Prayers for Rain + Eternal Youth not working

The Unique Body Armour Prayers for Rain states "Energy Shield Recharge is not interrupted by Damage if Recharge began Recently". Using this With Eternal Youth should Prevent the Recharge from being interrupted by damage. This does not work. If you take any damage at all the Recharge Stops. Sadly this breaks my entire Build, Please fix this bug.

This is not a bug. The modifier "Energy Shield Recharge is not interrupted by Damage if Recharge began Recently" is specific to preventing interruption of Energy Shield Recharge, not Life Recharge.
The keyword popup ingame for life recharge specifies which modifiers to ES recharge get applied to life: "Preventing interruption is not either of those cases. | |
