Elemental Weakness stop showing debuff or icon above monster

Elemental Weakness used to show debuff or icon above monster but yesterday it stopped. I have no idea whether it works or not now.

I have tried unsocket the skill gem and resocket it, unsocket all the support gem.

I can't find anyone else having the same issue as me.

If you mean the curse - read the description, it wont work on enemy too high of a lvl compared to the lvl of the skill itself.
