Navali's Rest Bug (maximum mana 5%)

How to fix a bug get Maximum Mana 5% Act 4
Cannot interact with the well.

I'm getting the same thing. I can't interact with the well...

I finished with the island and noticed the quest wasn't completed...


I went back, re-cleared the zone but it won't let me interact with the table:


I tried relog/resetting the area and full clear, still can't interact. Hate to
Wouldn't care, but 5% mana is nice.
