Omen that adds kurgal/ulaman/amanamu potential bug with shield

Attempting to add a desecrated suffix mod using any of the lich omens doesnt work, despite there being specific mods associated with shields. The Ilvl is over the minimum and there are open suffix slots. I tried using the omen that forces suffix mods too but that didnt work either.

I had the same issuse. Any suggestions?
