Unique Strongbox Bug

My unique strongbox "monster revives 5 times with a new mod" got bugged and did not respawn monster not even once, it MIGHT be because i "culled" him with lightning warp, so it probably exploded his "corpse"? first of all it SHOULDN'T be possible to do that, now my strongbox is un-interactable its frozen and broken and i lost the 2 transmutation orbs it would have dropped after 5 times, unplayable.

Same thing here with a 3 revive strongbox. Cleared this section of the map, came back to the strongbox and killed the monster it spawned, and no monster revives so the box just sat there spewing out ectoplasm.

Same bug happened for me, no revive on the mob.
