NPC Navali is stuck in the center of the portal in my Hideout

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the NPC Navali in my Hideout. No matter where I move her, she constantly respawns or reappears directly in the center of the map's portal. This happens every time I re-enter my Hideout.

I am unable to move her to a different location permanently, and I also cannot remove her from the Hideout. When I try to remove her, I get an error message that says "CONTENT NOT AVAILABLE"
