How does Rapid Casting 3 work?

Will my summoned Dark Effigy's speed increase as I cast more spells, or does it only affect new Dark Effigies I summon?
Is there a cap to the speed bonus?

probably capped by the number of different spells you have or the casting time of those spells

it's an increase of 10 times however many different spells you can cast in 8 seconds. If you have 4 different spells you can cast in 8 seconds it's an increase of 40%.

my source is the skill text. if there was a cap they'd tell you. there's probably no cap because you can't actually cast that many different spells in 8 seconds to begin with.

i dont know the answer to question 1, am i obligated to answer that one now?
