Can not get last 2 boss skill points

I can not get my last two Atlas boss tree skill points. I may have forgotten to loot it once due to full inventory (not sure).
But since then I have done every condition multiple times ( citadel bosses/anomaly bosses 6 mod waystones area level 81 to make sure) but the tome does not drop. Can someone please help me here?
I don't know what to do. I don't even know what skillpoints bugged out or what is the bug. I repeaditly kill Citadel/Anomaly Bosses in T16 maps with 6 mods but can not get my last two points. I also rekilled normal arbiter. I am not abel to get the uber arbiter fragments two drop. |

Bump.
Killed also Anomaly boss in area 80lvl with 6 mods and no points. Cant say to Citadel boss, cause I havent found any Citadel at all in deep atlas, which is also dump. |

I concur, that I also have had problems getting the last 2 Atlas boss skill points. I feel like going crazy, as I think I've tried every condition for getting the point. I think the last point I got was from Arbiter. I'm sure I got the point from Arbiter, but I think I have not gotten one after that.
Do you think the final boss skill point book is not dropping because the quest log is cleared? | |
" I wanted to tell that I finally got the last book! The Vanquisher's book of knowledge IV. I entered a T16 The Jade Isles, one of those hidden Deadly boss maps where the entrance has to be found around in the surrounding maps. The waystone had 6 mods and 45% delirium, and I had 3 boss tablets socketed in the map device. The Monster level was 81. I guess I had not had done a map with a Deadly boss with 6 modifiers on the waystone at that area level. I don't know which of the boss kills this was supposed to be. None of them say Deadly. I had done Citadel boss in a similar way just a short while ago, but that did not drop the book. Was it an Anomaly Map boss? Had the Anomaly boss from Corrupted Nexus not dropped a boss book?
