[Bug] 22/24 Weapon Set Passive Points after finishing campaign

Hello GGG team,

I have completed the entire Path of Exile 2 campaign (Acts 1–4 + Interlude), killed all bosses marked with a cross on the map, and finished all available quests. My quest log is empty.

Problem: I still have only 22/24 Weapon Set Passive Skill Points instead of 24/24.

What I have already done:
• Cleared all quest markers on the map
• Killed Crowbell, Kabala (Constrictor Queen), Mighty Silverfist, Blind Beast, Wolvenhold, Worm & Scorpion, Yeti
• Talked to Sin in Kingsmarch after finishing the Interlude
• Tried relogging, re-entering towns and zones, restarting the client

The last 2 points never appeared.
