Reset Stash Tabs / Refund

Is it possible to reset the Stash tab and Refund ?
I'm new for POE2 and accidently buy many Stash Tabs that havn't use it.
I already E-mail to support@grindinggear.com
Both via website and private E-mail
Especially Currency tabs, Premium Tabs I double buy it because lagging in PS5 and don't show up until reopen stash window I clicked it twice becuase I don't know they can have more than one Tabs each.
