Could GGG confirm decision about Lich's Omens?

I was just searching about this earlier. I had the same issue for my Buckler. SO yes, this is permanent until GGG says otherwise. Will it be changed next patch, no idea.

I was trying to hit that fire/chaos res combo with the Kulgar mod (one of those three). But because of this "error", I just desecrated a normal bone and stil got that fire/chaos combo I was targeting. Lucky me
