ARC needs FIXING

Hello , i am playing arc this league , and after getting to maps i can honestly say there are 2 types of bugs very common :

1- arc do not chain - most of the time this occurs when i am surrounded by mobs , i hit one and no chains occur . I need to move away to presence distance aproximatelly to make arch chain all the time .

2 - arc misses a lot ( watched video about targetting , i hope you guys remember we play hack and slash online rpg not sekiro or skyrim ) and if mob pushes me during cast iu will miss enemy even if i still point on it with mouse , very often if mob stays in doors ( not in room but just in the archway between rooms ) i miss 100% times . Often i fight with boss i hit him 3 times , then he startys some kind of mechanique and i miss 5 iin a row . I need to let go of the button aim with mouse again and press it to start hitting agaim .

P.s. base flat damage of lightning skills is a joke , cant see any reason to have x to 10*x flat damage range , it makes the gameplay like playinmg slot mashine .

ARC has very bad aiming compared to POE1.
Me and my friend assumed it does, so we didnt deal any real damage with it for 2 days playing !

Also the animation is lacking punch ! Nobody wants to play a dull spell like that ;)

The remnant boosted Arc does not even have any special animation !
Give it punch ! Better visual animation ! Screen shake on boosted version etc
