Not enough spirit in other weapon set

Using sceptre in main weapon set, nothing in other weapon set

Have heaps of unreserved spirit but cant put on withering presence and convalescence due to "not enough spirit in other weapon set"

However, can use either one of the two plus summon skeletal warriors.

Doesn't seem to make sense that I have to get two +%spirit sceptres one in each weapon set to utilize the extra spirit

I encountered the same issue. So far i could activate covalescence with only weapons/scepter or shield in one weapon set slot.

Today i disabled covalescence to test something and then i could re-enable it anymore no matter how much spirit i have. I also tried existing POE2 without luck.

Removing the skill gem also does not work. The skill is not possible to be enabled anymore.

EDIT: i found a workaround. I removed the scepter and palced it back again. No i can enable covalexcence again.

And happened now again but this time the workaround does not work. I cannot enable covalescence anymore.
