poe2 can't complete cataclysm's wake quest

I have done multiple tier 3 corrupted nexus maps now, ranging from tier 3 waystones all the way up to tier 15, with anywhere from 4 to 7 modifiers and it will not give me credit for completing the map.

I am running into this situation too, except I don't see any more corrupted maps in my atlas. Do they still show up in the fog?
