Xbox instance bug

Bom dia , não estou conseguindo logar meus personagens ou usar portal para outras áreas dando falha na instância , só eu que estou com este problema ?

Good morning, I'm unable to log in my characters or use portals to other areas, causing the instance to fail, am I the only one having this problem?
