Request for in-game skill bind to wheel up/down [Request]

This thread is about an in-game option to use wheel up/down for skill binds.
Please do not post alternatives, nor discuss any alternatives in this thread.

This feature was requested for a very long time and I believe making the game more ergonomic is crucial if the aim is to have multi skill game-play.

If you would like this option to be in game, please post/bump the thread. Thank you.
