Lightning Warp Not Working

Hello, the Sorceress skill Lightning Warp is not working at all for me on PS5. I’ve tried using a new skill gem, put rapid casting on, I’ve closed and reopened app and I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing has worked. My character just waves her wand around and does a little spark of electricity and that’s it. This skill worked perfectly fine last league for me, not sure why it isn’t working now.
