[PS5] consumables not showing in inventory

I have been noticing that only one consumable from drops is showing up in my inventory even if there are multiple of the same item on the ground. This is pretty frustrating and I don’t even know how much I have not been able to actually loot due to this.

Noticed it first when my counts of consumables seemed low. Then noticed it for sure on entering the Blackwood and getting double of the same Omen, but only having one in my inventory.
