Apex of the Moment Doesnt Work

Simply it does absolutely nothing.
There is no debuff icon that indicates that enemies in presence are slowed. Enemies in the presence dont appear to be slowed in slightest Last bumped22 сент. 2025 г., 02:02:43

I'm having the same issue. Apex of the Moment doesn't work at all. Even after changing areas, respecing out and back into it, the debuff isn't applying but nothing is being slowed either.

I speced into Chronomancer at lvl 22 and chose apex of the moment as fist spec points and it does not work at all. No debuff shows on the monsters and they don't move any slower.
