Boss atlas skill points

I´ve just killed a boss lvl 82 (Plus 1 + irradiated + tier 16 waystone) and didn´t gain the book with skill points

I did it two more times, with 6 lines in the waystone and still didn´t get the points. Waisted a lot of waystones and vaal to get tier 16.

Exaclty the same thing with boss lvl 81 with 6 modifiers.
