cogwheel problem every 30 mins refresh shader

hello apparently someone deleted my post (strange) seems they don't want that people want to know about this

but it's a serious problem where i have a shader refresh ingame around 30 minutes into the game and keeps coming back

have done countless of things but it keeps coming back ...

my system is new so that can't be the problem and i'm sure there are other people with this problem

someone know a fix for this?
