can yall just delete some of the shit rare monster mods

things like mana siphon are just bad game design theres no reason to have that garbage in this game.. can we leave the shit mods to the blasting game and maybe give rares some identity instead of just "buhh i eat all your mana in half a second"

Like what sort of psychopath thought up having an invulnerable mob teleport onto you with an aoe degen around it which disables recovery was a good idea? IT's just bad design.
