Merge accounts

Hello, I've already spent several hundred dollars on PoE 1 on PC. Then on Xbox in PoE 2, and again on PC in PoE 2 via Steam.

I want to stay on Steam for good now. But I can't use the skins and stashes I bought on Xbox in POE 2 on my PC in the Steam account where I paid about $100 Pack have.

Habe I then asked support via email to combine these two accounts once.

But I get that answer twice. And it doesn't make any sense.

"If you previously had an account on one of the console realms and also an account on PC with purchases on both then you can ask support to move them into a single sub-account as a one time action."

In this case, you are not eligible for a one-time MTX merge as a result. We apologise for not being able to assist with this as we realise that this is not the answer you were hoping for.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.

The email support clearly states: "You can request support to consolidate your accounts once," as it also states in this guide.

I feel a little ripped off after supporting the game with hundreds of dollars for years.
