Abyss lich bug (still sacrificing energy shield after respec)

So i was playing a lich using Eldritch Empowerment (sacrifice energy shield for more spell dmg), after i unlocked Abyss Lich. i Immidiatly switched that one for Umbral well.

But now when i am casting spells i am still sacrificing energy shield, i double checked my gear,tree and gems or i have anything that takes energy shield on cast but no.

Also its not every spell i cast only the spells i already owned or used before the respec. recreating the same spell like fireball or despair makes no diffrence still drais my shield without starting regen.

anyone else ran into this issue or knows of a fix for this? because my survivabiliy went

edit : not a bug just me being stupid. i found my issue and was looking at the wrong spot, there was one note that sacrifices health and energy shield for more chaos damage wich was causing this.
