Ritual Sacrifice

The description of the skill on the Ascendancy Tree and the description of the skill itself don't match.

Also, the skill seems to do both of these things! I'm not sure if that's intended.

As a suggestion, it would be nice if there was a small notification on the UI when you use it to tell you which modifiers you have gained, as many of them are not obvious!
