Severe packet loss and rubberbanding on EU server (23.109.220.95)

Hello Support Team,

I’m experiencing constant rubberbanding and network spikes in Path of Exile 2.
My local setup has been professionally checked (PC hardware, drivers, router, ISP) and is working fine. The issue seems to occur only when connected to the PoE2 servers.

I ran a WinMTR test while connected to the Frankfurt server (23.109.220.95) from Hamburg, Germany (Telekom, wired connection). The results show:

No packet loss within my LAN and the Telekom backbone (0%)

Stable latency (7–25 ms) until the i3D.net / Multiplay hops

Starting from 149.11.21.14 and at the destination 23.109.220.95, packet loss spikes to 19–25%

This explains the heavy rubberbanding I’m experiencing in-game.

Could you please check with your hosting provider (i3D.net/Unity/Multiplay) regarding this packet loss?

I can reproduce this issue. I get the package loss even from the default Texas server too though.
If I had 100 lives, I would sacrifice myself in front of GGG developers just to get their attention on server issues.
Same Problem here from one day to Another without a Reason ( EU Server )
Same issue here. Since 2 days the game is unplayable with these network spikes. No issues on my side. No other services or games have any issues.
