Dynamic resolution + game effects

My PC is using an AMD 7900xtx.

When dynamic resolution is turned on and there are a lot of enemies and effects, the game basically becomes retro pixel art. No drop to FPS, which makes it a mixed bag.

Turning dynamic resolution off, the game's graphics never drop resolution and FPS, but most effects do not render at all which is very bad in its own way since these effects are the ones that usually kill the character.
