One issue with mapping is the layout of it.

You see, on poe1 we can choose the map drop and run it. Like if you want open map, you go dunes. If you want linear you can go Strand...

What if... on poe 2 we could focus on the map drop being a pre-design of the map?

Like, intead of waystone (tier 1-15), we could have waystone (linear tier 1-15), waystone (dungeon tier 1-15), waystone (city tier 1-15), waystone (maze tier 1-15), waystone (circle tier 1-15)?

It goes in line with GGG having a lot of random things...

And when putting the waystone on the map device, it would open a map with the theme of the atlas node.

Game is awesome, but some things like the atlas at endgame makes game very boring sometimes.
