Stun Treshold - Please Change

I joined my buddy that just started out for a bit to help him get going...

Level 10 or something mobs and they were STILL stunning me instantly on melee contact. I am level 90.

This mechanic is genuinely ridiculous and IMO should be entirely removed or WILDLY toned down.
