Partial solution for sluttering, load times and texture streaming

Hi,

I've finally found one quick hotfix how to improve this a lot, if you are running Vulcan. It seems like Steam is overriding shader caching from NVIDIA/AMD and creates it's own cache that is few times bigger and inefficient.

Just disable pre-caching in steam settings(downloading tab). It will force again use default cache folder. Also I recommend deleting all caches (for NVidia it is in C:\Users\*youruser*)\AppData\Local\NVIDIA + steam in steam/steamapps/shadercache).

After this game will ppbly be very sluttery, loading times will be very long and you will have reduced FPS. But that is, because game is creating new shader cache optimized for your computer. It is much smaller, because it is not universal, but tailored for your pc resulting in faster load times and less slutter (because it is loaded on the fly faster and not created again and again). Game somehow, atleast for me looks much sharper. I recommend afking some time in each town (to cache all equipments and skins), or you will have for few hours/days long loading times for them.

Also other recommended things:
*In Nvidia Control Panel or AMD equivalent increase shader cache to 10GB at minimum, 100GB recommended (yes, game can go over 10GB). Whole game needs around 10-20GB of cache to fully cache everything.
*Enable ReBar/SAM and set it to 1GB. This is a little complicated, but google helps. For NVidia it is just changing few things in BIOS and using NVidia Inspector. Default size is 256MB and increasing this you will

load everything much faster (if your pc allows it), reduce CPU usage for streaming (because I need texture A+B+C+D is faster than asking it 4 times). When everything loads faster, sluttering is also less of an issue, because game wait less time for it. Simply, this reduces that micro-pauses that results in lags when something appears.
