Converted Stash Tabs to Merchant Tab are gone?

I have converted 3 Stash Tabs to Merchant Tabs this morning and it says also on my Account Page that I have 10 Premium Stash Tabs now and 3 Merchant Stash Tabs but when I log in, those 3 Stash Tabs are just gone. I counted my stash Tabs and in fact 10 Premium Ones remain, but the 3 converted ones are missing and are nowhere to be found. Do I have to do something for them to show up?

Yes I did create a league character and I relogged multiple times. Do I need to progress the campaign for the stash tabs to show up?
